Using Forms

Form can be customized in minutes and shared easily in order to capture SMS consent.

Forms are a tool we developed to gather contact information and consent for your consumers to start your product journey. We made sure Blustream forms are customizable, easy to use and able to be made in minutes. Once you finalize your form, the link and corresponding QR code can be shared in a myriad of ways.

When should I use a form?

Most all of Blustream’s customers use a form. Forms are fantastic tools at encouraging your contacts to sign themselves up. If you ever don’t have the contact information for your customer, use a form to collect it. Each form is desktop and mobile compatible.

Embed form link in social media, emails and newsletter

Include a hyperlink to your form with a compelling call to action to your social media posts, emails and newsletters in order to spread awareness of your journey.

Add your form link as a banner on a website

Use the “Copy Code” or “Copy Script” buttons on Forms to embed the form into your website as a banner or modal popup in order to bring awareness to your journey.

Send the link to your form after a support call

Use the “Copy” button to copy and paste your form link in a support widget or help desk ticket after a support call. This is a great way to get the customer excited and loving the product once again.
