Using Email

Send an email blast to your contacts notifying them know about your journeys.

Email lists are a great way to add contacts to your journey. Adding a link to your Blustream form in your typical email campaigns can generate additional contacts. The form link is an easy way to include a compelling call to action. Be sure to include the reason why your customers should join a journey and the value they will receive in return.

When should I use email?

There are various points along your customer’s journey where you can add your form link to emails in order to promote your unique, personalized product journey.

If you sell through ecommerce, consider adding a form link to your post-checkout email or feedback emails. You can also utilize the delivery day email as an opportunity to present your form link. For example, “Your (product) is expected to arrive today. We want you to have a quick easy set up for your (product) so click here to get started on our product journey.”

Alternatively, blogs, newsletter and email campaigns are a great resource to utilize for products that are sold in brick and mortar retailers. A quick form call out in an email, blog or newsletter will build awareness of your product journey and show customers that you hold their product ownership experience in the highest regard.

Before asking a customer for a review, consider promoting your product journey to ensure your customer is using your product correctly and getting the most value out of it.
